Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Out of Stock Items Occasionally, items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will email you directly to keep you posted on where production is at and provide an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Options We offer several options for carriers and delivery speeds. Shipping options for your order will be displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (United States): We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. You may also select expedited carriers and speeds at checkout.

  • International: We offer international shipping to most countries around the world at a flat rate, with various carriers and delivery speeds available to choose from at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions At this time, we do not ship to Russia.

Import Duties and Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Superduked is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
