What Are the Proper Torque Specifications and Installation Steps for the Superduked Superclamp?

When installing the Superclamp, proper torque specifications are critical. 40nm is appropriate for the top and bottom pinch bolts.

For the fork pinch bolts, the spec is the exact same as OEM. It is a scary small number, right around 15nm.

The top steering stem bolt is 7nm, but the torquing process is more than just tightening it down. You must first over-tighten it, turn the bars back and forth, loosen it, and then finally torque it to the 7nm spec. The initial over-tightening step is necessary to properly set the steering head races in place.
