Description

The Superlock:  Steering Locks for your KTM Superduke Superclamp!

The Superclamp's adjustable offset triple clamp system is designed and built for Superduke riders who want better feel, feedback, and confidence.  But until now there was no way to use the OEM steering lock system when parked.   Until now!! 

Whether you bought your Superclamp with the standard OEM/+2 insert kit, or you bought the Performance pack, or even the Extreme pack, we've got your steering lock needs covered.   And better than that, even if you bought the very first Superclamp sold - we've still got you covered.  All you need is two simple holes drilled and tapped, which we provide a drill bit guide to help you align perfectly.   Everyone is covered.  

The Superlock is available in three sizes, to fit the following Offset Sets:

  • Superlock A: +1, +2, +3 inserts
  • Superlock B: +3, +4, +5 inserts
  • Superlock C: +5, +6, +7 inserts

Specifications

Machined from 7075T6 aluminum. Anodized black. Secured with zinc plated flat head bolts with tapered heads, to hold the Superlock securely in place

Fitment

Designed exclusively for use with the Superduked Superclamp Triple Clamp.

Install & Video

For those with pre-drilled and tapped holes already in their Superclamp upper, simply remove the upper clamp, put a drop or two of blue locktite on the threads of the supplied flat head bolts, and screw the new Superlock into place.

For those with no pre-drilled or tapped holes already in their Superclamp upper, remove your upper clamp, turn it upside down, slide the supplied ring guide in place, and drill two 5mm holes 12mm deep, through those two guilde holes. The ring guide will align the two necessary holes perfectly to fit your new Superlock. Now tap those two holes with M6 X 1 threads, at least 8mm deep. For reference the triple clamp is 22mm thick, so you have plenty of room to go 12mm deep with the hole and 8mm deep with the threads. Now add a few drops of blue Locktite and fasten your new Superlock in place.
